Mental Health Coaching vs Therapy
Mental Health Coaching is all about helping you move forward, build better habits, manage stress, and reach your personal goals. It’s a supportive, action-focused partnership where we work together to create positive change in your life. Mental health coaching does not involve diagnosing mental health conditions, and it’s not meant to treat clinical issues.
Therapy, on the other hand, is a clinical service that helps people work through deeper emotional struggles, past or present trauma, clinical depression, and other mental health conditions. If you're currently struggling with significant mental health symptoms or trauma, therapy is the best and safest place to start. If at any point your needs go beyond coaching, I’ll always encourage and support you in connecting with a licensed therapist who can provide the right care.
